Born from an intense passion for connecting people with purpose, ignited by pioneering national career centers in Bulgaria, our unique approach was shaped by an early drive for talent development, blended with extensive commercial experience. A decade of deep immersion in the Dutch recruitment industry honed our expertise. This rich background resulted in the establishment of AZ Recruitment& Arbeidsbemiddeling™ in the Netherlands in 2020. This dynamic entity swiftly earned trust, partnering with prominent companies.
Since its foundation, it started as a remote-native home-based one-man company. Its founder, Dragomir Dimov, is a Bulgarian born Dutch based expat, with an extensive background in business and recruitment management, coupled with in-depth commercial and personal experience in job seeking and human resources in the Netherlands. His experience and commitment to connect professionals of various backgrounds with the best and most suitable work, has allowed him to successfully provide its recruitment services to some of the world's best-known companies and European leaders through the short but dynamic history of AZ Recruitment™.
