Recruitment Process Outsourcing

A time-based recruitment service, suitable for high-volume hiring, projects with timesensitive needs, or when the partner prefers billing based on the actual working time. We agree upon a rate for a defined period of time, and deliver candidates according to a predetermined schedule and process. This can be extended to Embedded RPO, where we operate using our partner's brand and sourcing channels.

Recruitment & Selection

The core talent acquisition service, providing carefully selected professionals for specific roles. To ensure optimal fit for the role and your organization, we employ a range of sourcing techniques, evaluation steps, and assessment tools to build a pool of qualified candidates through research, interviews, and assessments. The fee is a one-time charge, payable upon successful hire and based on the employee's salary.

Talent Sourcing Intermediary

Candidate pipeline development service, focusing on the initial stages of the recruitment process. Our work accelerates the talent supply for key partners, including established staffing agencies and larger direct employers. We identify, attract, and engage candidates, while our partners retain full control over the interviewing and assessment stages.

FLEXIBLE WORKING SCHEMES

Time Based Rate

In this model, we agree upon a timeframe for service delivery, and we bill a fixed rate for the actual time spent on recruitment activities. We bill for the effort invested,not the hiring outcome. This option is well-suited for extended projects, high-volume recruitment, complex assignments, or when a process-oriented approach is preferred. The agreement outlines the expected timeframe, workload, number of recruiters, estimated hours/days, client expectations. Billing occurs periodically.

No Cure, No Pay

In this model, we agree upon a single fee,payable only upon the successful hire of a candidate. Time and effort are not billed; only the successful placement. This option is suitable for single or limited-number positions requiring careful professional selection. Our process includes database research,vacancy posting, candidate outreach,screening, interviews, and candidate evaluation. We guide both the candidate and client throughout the entire interview process.

Cost Per Qualified Candidate

In this model, we agree upon a fee for each candidate we deliver and who meets the role specific qualifications based on their résumé. We charge for delivering potentially suitable candidates,not the effort involved or the hiring outcome. Our responsibility is limited to the initial candidate screening and presentation. Subsequent interviews,assessments, salary negotiations,onboarding, and the risk of an unsuccessful hire are the partner's responsibility. This is a one-time fee per introduced qualified candidate.
